Gear Junkie –
Why does the OR show not set aside a day (the last, perhaps?) for the non-industry outdoor enthusiast to check out all of the new gear displays? While I definitely appreciate all of your reviews, there’s just no way of knowing what you couldn’t cover that someone like me might be interested in. Also, I was reading in the Salt Lake Tribune about an organization there looking for volunteers to sign up for summer trail-building trips – a worthy endeavor that could have seen a lot more success if the public were traipsing by their booth.
What I’m trying to say is that this is the stuff we ALL salivate over, whether we toil all day in the corporate world or have the good fortune of working for an outdoor recreation company. I’m downright jealous and guess I’ll have to continue to live vicariously through your posts.
