Daily Dose: The Adventure Eating Diet

Lately, I’ve become scientific about something I like to call “adventure eating,” which is a technique of quick calorie consumption for sports like mountaineering and adventure racing.

For big adventures, I eat at least once an hour and consume 4,000 to 5,000 calories in a day.

This is how I do it.
