Survive, Elude Capture in new TV Show to win Money
January 30, 2012, 8:07 am / Categories: Miscellaneous
U.K.-based Off The Fence Productions will film a TV show this year called “Hunted.” It’s set in the wilds of Georgia and has a theme that’s part game show, part outdoor-adventure production. The premise: Participants must run, hide, swim, climb, bushwhack, and generally elude capture for 48 hours straight.
The company is accepting applications now. It’s looking for people with a passion for adventure and “amazing survival skills” who think they can go up against the best trackers in America. Big cash prize if you can elude the trackers and, ostensibly, their dogs, traps, helicopters, night-vision glasses, and other gear.
Contestants must be U.S.-based. Sign up via the website, www.huntedtv.com. Deadline for applications is this week (Feb. 3), so apply now, if you dare. . . .
