My latest column covers the Highgear Alterra and the Wenger Deep Diver, two adventure wristwatches. One is stocked with digital gauges like an altimeter, thermometer, and a built-in compass. The other watch, a stainless-steel analog ticker, is less business in the great outdoors, but more bling-bling. . .
