Pyramid's 'Steep & Deep Adventure' contest
November 04, 2009
Pyramid Breweries, the brewer of ski-town staples like Pyramid Haywire Hefeweizen and Audacious Apricot Ale, has launched a winter sweepstakes for a backcountry ski vacation to Lake Tahoe. Pyramid’s “Ultimate Winter Steep & Deep Adventure” contest will give away an all-expenses-paid trip for four — yourself and three friends! — to Squaw Valley USA.
In total, the grand-prize winner and crew get airfare, five days of skiing, lodging, guided backcountry Snowcat trips, and lift tickets. Oh, and a custom Pyramid K2 snowboard and technical outerwear from Mountain Hardwear are thrown in to boot. I imagine Audacious Apricot Ale will make it into the itinerary at some point, too.
Runner-up prizes include a custom Pyramid K2 snowboard for each of five second-place winners, and Pyramid-branded Mountain Hardwear soft shells for twenty-five third-place winners. 34 winners in all!
The contest, which launched this week, runs until December 31. Winners will be announced mid-January. Sign up here: http://www.pyramidbrew.com/backcountry/enter
