Snowboard Training Board

Snowboarding’s greatest rite of passage just might be getting through the first day on the hill. The sport’s often painful initiation can include countless brutal falls. Brand new snowboarders might take some pain out of the learning curve with Vew-Do’s Progression balance trainer, a board mounted on a fixed base which pivots, capturing the natural bending and twisting sensation of carving down a mountain.

With the Progression board you can mimic pivot turns that in the past could only be achieved on-snow. “The Progression truly takes the process of learning to ride any type of board, especially snowboarding, into a new realm,” said the company founder.

Vew-Do has been making balance boards since 1990. The Progression is touted to help with balance and muscle development. It costs $185.

I tried one of these at the Burton Learn To Ride Center in Cali and it was awesome. It definitely helped me to understand the movements needed for snowboarding. I just ordered one for my home. Cant wait to get it

Vew Do products rock! I love my Indy board, but the Progression trainer is especially great to use before hitting the mountain. Awesome for strength and balance training. Love it!

My Snowboard Team uses the Progression at least one every weekend before we hit the hill. Love the product.

The Progression opens up a whole new way to learn to ride. Use it for fun or training, either way it’s an awesome board

Took one for a test drive and never looked back. The Progression Vew-Do Board has helped my boarding, skiing and Mtn. biking game immensely. It is the most important (and fun) part of my every day workouts and has become an invaluable part of my pre-season training.

Not only is the Vew-Do progression board a great tool to help my 2 young daughters learn and practice their snowboarding technique at home, I like to use it to keep my old legs in snow board shape so when I get to the mountain I am ready to go.

This does look like a great device if it works as advertised.

Forgive me for not wholeheartedly believing the above comments. Many of them seem like the false testimonials you get on late night infomercials. :P
