Wend Magazine for Free
April 22, 2010, 7:49 am
Adventure publication Wend Magazine is now free. At least the online version of the magazine. The company has decided to freely share its content online to all who sign up for an account at www.wendmag.com.
Wend covers adventure, environmental causes and people in the outdoors. Unlike many other outdoors magazines, Wend focuses on everyday people finding real adventures (and less on celebrities and fads). I’d dare say its wholesome reading.
If you prefer holding a paper copy and flipping through its glossy pages, you can still buy the printed edition. But for the rest of us stuck staring at our screens too much, this is a special gift. Or as Wend terms it, “the instant, green, guiltless pleasure of on-screen Wend”. Check it out. Free Online Subscription.
