Alex Honnold is known for huge free solos in Yosemite and around the world. But even when he’s not scaling unroped a thousand feet off the deck Alex Honnold’s life is really interesting.

In this 5-minute video, we get a glimpse into a day in his life. He wakes up in a van before checking out the late John Bachar’s free solo circuit in the Owens River Gorge, warms up by floating on a 5.11c sport route sans rope, then partakes in an afternoon of bouldering with friends.
