Åre, Sweden is a huge, storied ski area with nearly 3’000 feet of vertical, and on a recent winter trip I noticed a lot of mountain bike trails poking their heads through the deep snow.
Well, in the summer, they are revealed. But there is still enough snow on the mountain tops to allow skiers to make some turns.
