[leadin]When bike commuters are running late, they often have to quaff down their coffee and run, or —gasp! — go without.[/leadin]

PDW Bar-ista

Unless, they have something like a Bar-ista from Portland Design Works. The $20 alloy cup holder attaches to you handlebars via one bolt and accommodates most travel mugs. (The cup has to have a larger diameter at the top of the mug than the bottom.)

I’ve had my PDW Bar-ista mounted on for a couple of weeks and have zero complaints. Coffee on the go has never been this easy. One caveat: if you have oversized handlebars, the adapter may not work. For other bikes, there are two rubber pieces inside the collar, so you don’t scuff your bars when you cinch it down.
