Famed for completing the The Trans America motorcycle trail by bike, riding from North Carolina to Oregon’s Pacific coast, Swallow is a big time bike adventurist.

Along with her husband, Tom, Sarah runs Swallow Bicycle Works, which offers tips, maps, and gear to aspiring bike-packers.
