Life Time Launches Free On-Demand Fitness Classes

One of the largest fitness companies in the United States just offered at-home fitness classes. And for now, they’re all free.

Most of the world is currently stuck at home. And with modest exemptions for a few kinds of outdoor exercise, that’s probably where we’ll remain for, well, a while.

But that doesn’t mean you need to be sedentary. There are a lot of options to stream workouts online for your home workout. And now, Life Time Fitness is getting in on the work-at-home trend.

Life Time: Free Workouts at Home

Starting now, Life Time members and non-members across the country can stream cardio, strength or yoga classes — for free — from their living room, deck, backyard, or wherever. The company is adding new classes every day

Classes include Warrior Sculpt, Cardio Kickboxing, STRIKE!, En Barre, Shred, Gluteus Maxout, Root Yoga, Guided Meditations, and more.

We hopped over to the website to check out the classes. It’s crazy simple to get started. Simply hop over to MyLT.life and choose from one of the dozens of available workout videos.

Follow along from home and get your sweat on. Most of the videos require just a little space and maybe some minimal equipment like a yoga matt or dumbells.
