Montana’s ‘Bucknasty Brown’ Trout

Described as a “wolf with a mullet” who’s “pumping dumbells all day” and “smart like Jackie Chan,” the bucknasty brown trout is one badass, carnivorous fish.

With silty runoff in full swing in Montana, the Montana Wild team decided to load up the truck and head south in search of clear running water. Their target were big, predatory brown trout. True to their nature, the fish didn’t disappoint.
