Chaco Ramble Puff

Stroll into fall in style with these new puffy slippers from Chaco. The Ramble Puff ($80) exudes all the coziness you’d expect from post-ski, campfire-sesh footwear. The Ramble Puff has a ripstop nylon quilted upper with synthetic overlays for durability, a soft fleece lining, and Chaco’s signature footbed below.  Available in men’s and women’s sizes 6-14. We can’t wait to get our feet in these!

PDW Delta Cargo Pants

Prometheus Design Werx’ new Delta Cargo Pant ($136) is made with the brand’s TRS (Technical Ripstop) expedition-grade fabric for a submersible field pant with a multitude of features. The TRS fabric is a durable, high-tenacity nylon 6-type yarn with added spandex for four-way stretch, woven in a mini-ripstop with triple needle stitching and an added DWR finish. The Delta pants are designed, crafted, cut, and sewn in California.

Himali Limitless Grid Fleece

New brand HIMALI has been on the scene for about a year and keeps catching our eye. The HIMALI Limitless Fleece ($155 on preorder), new for fall 2021, is what HIMALI is calling its “ultimate layering piece.” Made with Polartec PowerGrid fleece, YKK zippers, and a chest pocket. The Limitless Fleece can hold in heat when you need it and dump it when you don’t. HIMALI is based out of Boulder, Colorado, with strong roots in Nepal.

Danner Boots Free Spirit Hiker

Danner’s latest hiker is a free-spirited (sadly, men’s only) style. The Free Spirit Hiker ($200) is reimagined from Danner’s original 1988 Free Spirit boot. The hiking boot has a suede and textile upper, 100% waterproof breathable GORE-TEX liner, an OrthoLite footbed, a Vibram Overlook outsole, and added forefoot flex. It comes in sizes 7-14 and has three color schemes.

Koup Cinnamon Baselayer

Cinnamon extract-infused baselayers? New sustainable brand Koup’s got ’em. The Koup Baselayers and Tees ($44 and up) are synthetic, odor-fighting baselayers made with a stretchy, 100% recycled postconsumer plastic polyester infused with cinnamon — a natural antimicrobial ingredient. Also, they are an epic price. Shop men’s and women’s baselayers.

SnoPlanks Street Surfers Skates

SnoPlanks is coming out of the woodwork (literally) and shifting from snowboard to skateboard designs for fall. These SnoPlanks Skateboards ($50), also called Street Surfers, come in three styles (one longboard, one flatboard, one designed for parks) and have a gorgeous pure maple construction. All boards are handcrafted in Bend, Oregon. And 100% of revenue from the 2021 Street Surfers will be donated to Conservation Alliance.

Montane Krypton Softshell Jacket

New for this fall is Montane’s Krypton Jacket for men and women. The Krypton Softshell Jacket ($145) is a “versatile mountain softshell jacket with a high-loft lining.” It has Montane’s GRANITE high-loft synthetic insulation in the core body and arms, and GRANITE Loft insulation under the arms. Plus, three pockets and a YKK zipped front up to a storm flap collar. Men’s and women’s sizes are available. And for an extra 15 bucks, you can get the Krypton in a hoodie version.

Subtech Sports Extreme Dry Bag

Launched on Indiegogo (today’s the last day for preorders!) is Subtech’s latest dry bag. The Subtech Pro Drybag 3.0 Series ($295) could be the most extreme drybag ever made. The Subtech 3.0 bags are waterproof and submersible down to 165 feet, airtight, lightweight (under 1,685 g), and they float! The Subtech Pro 3.0 will come in a 55L or 100L option, each with detachable straps and multiple carry options.

Polaris ORV x Rhino-Rack

Rhino-Rack now makes storage solutions for the Polaris General and Polaris Ranger ORVs! The Rhino-Rack x Polaris Racks ($499) include bed racks and roof racks, with jack mounts, cargo brackets and tie-downs, and more. The collection, which took 2 years of R&D, is designed “for perfect integration and tested to off-road standards, to help you get the most storage out of your machine.” The modular racks are rust-resistant, welded, noncorrosive, powder-coated steel.

Osprey x Rumpl x Jeremy Collins Collection

Artist, athlete, and activist Jeremy Collins is one of our favorites when it comes to detailed, outdoor-inspired, and thoughtfully deep art. Now, he’s partnered with Osprey and Rumpl. Collins’ Three Canyons Print will grace a limited-edition Daylite pack ($70) and Rumpl blanket ($129). And along with the collection, the brands have committed to donating a total of $10,000 to support and protect American Rivers.
