Backcountry GORE-TEX girdwood ski jacket

Backcountry partnered with fabric powerhouse GORE-TEX to build its new snow kits. The Cottonwoods GORE-TEX Kit and Girdwood GORE-TEX Kit (from $220) come in men’s and women’s sizing and are made with 100% waterproof three-layer (some with two-layer) GORE-TEX fabric, quilted insulation, Kevlar kick patches, and mesh-lined vents. Look for the cool features like the bibs that convert to pants as well as pockets that double as stuff sacks.

polaris general xp 100

Polaris’ classic four-door side-by-side now comes fully customized. The Polaris General XP 4 1000 rig (starting at $27,999) is built on the XP 4’s wide 64-inch stance and is already decked with custom colors, color-matched accessories, premium-stitched steering wheel and custom seats, a sound system, light bar, and more —making it the most custom General ever. It comes equipped with 30-inch tires mounted to beadlock wheels (but you can also choose from rock, dune, or even mud-specific tires.)

Eddie Bauer Tech Skyliner

Eddie Bauer skyliner

Eddie Bauer calls the Tech Skyliner ($299) a “classic, reborn.” Indeed, the design is based on a 1936 down jacket that was revolutionary for its slim fit and warmth at the time. The new iteration is a part of the brand’s 100-year anniversary Centennial Collection, and it includes a DWR-enhanced polyester shell outer for water-repellency and 800-fill goose down insulation for warmth. View the full Centennial Collection here.

POC Fornix SPIN Helmet

The POC Fornix SPIN Helmet ($180) was just updated for this season. The new helmet is lighter-weight and has an optimized liner with an extended shell as well as aramid reinforcements for better structural stability and protection. POC also improved the ventilation channels to prevent fogging with goggles. The Fornix helmet also has SPIN silicone pad technology and a fully adjustable fit and vents for better temperature control.

Endura 3-in-1 Jacket

Endura urban luminute 3-in-1

Scottish cycling brand Endura just came to market with a new reflective lineup. The 3-in-1 Urban Luminite Jacket ($230) uses high-quality fabrics like waterproof-breathable ExoShell and PrimaLoft insulation in the removable vest. The jacket has large reflective panels, underarm vents, and a tiny packed size to make this a great addition to your fall cycling kit. Choose from hi-vis yellow or “stealth black” reflective colors.

Good To-Go Camp Dinner Meals

Good To-Go’s newest entrees are an international lineup: a Cuban Rice Bowl and a Chicken Pho (from $8 for a single serving). We’ve seen rice bowls, but a pho camp dinner is fairly unique. Good To-Go’s Pho is a blend of rice noodles with choice fixings like cabbage, jalapeños, ginger, scallions, and cilantro, and even a separate lime packet so you can add your own seasoning. The meals are dehydrated and re-hydrate in about 10 minutes.

Xtratuf x Huckberry Ankle Deck Boots

The Huckberry x Xtratuf Ankle Deck Boots ($110) not only have a great design, but they also support a great cause. The boot is made with neoprene rubber and a cooling liner, and has a camo rim and neon-orange pulls. They were made in partnership with photographer and fisherman Corey Arnold, whose print photographs are also being sold through Huckberry. All the proceeds will go to the Defend Bristol Bay organization.

Knog Bilby 400 Headlamp

This new headlamp style from Knog focuses on delivering light and simplicity. The Bilby ($60) has five LEDs in a special beam design: a high beam, two elliptical beams for wide angles, a down beam, and a red light for night vision. There are multiple settings, with the highest offering 400 lumens at a range up to 100 m. The headlamp stays put via the medical-grade silicone strap with an adjustable toggle.

This month, Canyon updated its Sender AL models with all-new components and colors. The 2021 aluminum Sender 6 ($3,399) is available in a new color and now rocks 200 mm of full Marzocchi suspension (a 58 fork and coil-sprung Bomber CR rear shock). The Sender now has adjustable geo and chainstay lengths that let you shorten the wheelbase to perfect the feel depending on where — and how hard — you ride.

Houdini Project Mono Air Houdi

Houdini’s Mono Air Houdi ($200) is a light, airy, “wonderfully warm” insulated jacket. The brand took its Power Houdi and gave it a slimmer fit, a high collar, extended sleeves, and thumb loops. Its lightweight, low-friction fabric will also be perfect for layering. The coolest feature? It’s made with new Polartec Power Air insulation that’s fully circular and reduces microfiber shedding by up to 80%.

Blenders Eyewear 2021 Goggles

Blenders Eyewear’s 2020-2021 SNOW line launch includes the new Aura and Nebula Arctic Snow Lenses (from $40). The Nebula (shown top left) have Blenders’ Toric engineering to give a wider field of view, with a 15% VLT and 100% UV protection. This model has magnetic easy-swap tech and an optional locking function. The Auras (shown bottom left) are magnetic cylindrical lenses (no lock, and a more traditional fit) with the same VLT and UV protection and an anti-fog coating.

Beyond Clothing’s new Women’s Veil K2 Midweight Pullover ($80) is designed to be a versatile base layer with breathability yet full coverage ideal for a variety of winter conditions. The Veil K2 Pullover is made with a circular grid fleece and an interior grid pattern with ventilation channels to release excess body heat and increase compressibility. The layer also has a hybrid gaiter/hood for extended neck and upper body coverage.

Honey Stinger Chocolate Cracker Bars

HoneyStinger Cracker Bar

Honey Stinger’s new recovery snack is a Cracker Bar, but trust us, it’s more indulgent than it sounds. The Cracker Bars come in milk chocolate and dark chocolate varieties, and each has 10 g of plant-powered pea protein. Besides protein and chocolate, the bars are made with wheat, barley, and flax (that’s the cracker), nut butter, and, of course, honey. The Cracker Bars ($30 per 12-pack) are available online now.

Vollebak Indestructible Puffer Vest

Vollebak PufferVest

“The puffy vest is one of the most delicate pieces of clothing you can buy,” Vollebak writes. Luckily, it just launched its Indestructible Puffer Vest ($645), made with Dyneema. Weight for weight, every fiber on the vest exterior is up to 15 times stronger than steel. That’s a pretty strong claim. The Puffer Vest also has recycled PET synthetic 600-fill-power insulation and a two-way front zipper with storm flap and metal press studs. Or check out Vollebak’s Indestructible Puffer jacket.

GoSun Brew Travel Coffee Mug

The GoSun Brew Mug ($150) is unlike most other travel mugs — it’s a 12-ounce mug with an integrated French press and a heater feature that stews your brew with the power of the sun. The 130W integrated tech also works to keep your drink hot over an extended period of time. You can use the GoSun Brew with the solar GoSun 266 power bank or simply plug it in to a 12V port.
