The North Face ‘Origami’ Jacket — Unlike anything we have ever seen, the Fuse Uno Jacket from The North Face is cut from a single piece of fabric. The company then folds and stitches it into shape “intricately like a paper swan,” as we noted in a preview post last year.
At OR we got our hands on the Fuse Uno for another look. It’s a sleek waterproof/breathable shell that has two yarn types for varying durability and fabric weight throughout its build, requiring less material waste with its completely new type of design. $399; available in October 2014
