Mike Chambers (professional athlete) and Jason Antin (AMGA Rock Guide and SPI) host the Outside TV series Beat Monday. Every episode, they embark on an epic weekend adventure — just between 5 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. on Monday.
They’ve accomplished some crazy endurance feats, including bikepacking, cycling, climbing in Yosemite, mountain scrambling, packrafting, and flying to Mexico to summit a volcano — all in 64 hours or less.
But of course, in order to produce Beat Mondays, it’s not just Chambers and Antin — there’s a hardy crew that has to go along and keep up.
They’ve got to carry cameras and position themselves to capture the right shots. They’ve got to follow the athletes, recording their adventures so we can watch them from the comfort of our homes.
