If You Fall, Get Back Up – You Can Still Win

In 2008, University of Minnesota runner Heather Dorniden fell during the Big 10 Indoor Track Championships finals of the 600-meter race. While most people would consider this the end of their race, Dorniden got back up and kept fighting.

You may have seen this posting on social media as of late — and with good reason. Without spoiling the video, I can say that her finish is truly inspiring and a great metaphor for overcoming obstacles in life. The action happens at about 1:10. —Sean McCoy
