If you ever wondered what exactly defines “freesking” or “freeriding,” such as is contested in the Freeride World Tour, check out the video below of Sam Smoothy cragging it through an unbelievable line at Vallnord Arcalis, Andorra.

So now that you’ve seen it from the view of a helicopter following the action, watch it from the driver’s seat below.

Pretty hairy! The run put Smoothy on top of the podium of the third stage of the tour and shows once again that people can do awesome things on skis with just a little snow and a lot of vertical.
