Fitness Tip of the Day: Follow This Crucial 80/20 Rule

One often-ignored aspect of health is quality of life.
As in, for most people, a life eating only chicken breasts, rice, and veggies is one not worth living. So it’s important to treat yourself every now and then.
I like to call it the 80/20 rule: If you eat right 80% of the time, you can indulge 20% of the time without any guilt.
Knowing that I can occasionally indulge helps me eat clean during the week. So I like to pick one meal a week to give in to whatever cravings I’ve been having, whether it’s burgers, pizza, or some kind of dessert.
For the record, I’d recommend something with sprinkles.
