A kayaking guide for Next Adventure Kayak, Paul Hurst is an avid runner and skier who’s also perfectly content chilling at the beach. In a recent research project, he studied the relationship between microplastics and juvenile salmonids. He loves getting out on the water, but his dog, Pebble, has different feelings.
