Not many places require surfers to navigate around icebergs, but Red Bull Illume Image Quest winning photographer and Goal Zero ambassador Chris Burkard found one in Iceland.
Burkard shot photos and video of surfers Mikey Detemple and Eric Soderquist plying the waves as the group traveled the country in search of breaks.
“Each time I surfed it felt like I was discovering a new spot,” Burkard said in a short video about the adventure.
As part of Goal Zero’s ambassador program, the company is giving away $4,000 worth of prizes from various companies that Chris uses in his kit. Check out the contest here.
