A simple and inexpensive piece of fitness equipment, a BOSU ball is a great addition to your home gym.
I use BOSU balls in at least one of my workouts per week. It’s great for stabilization and balance.
Turn the BOSU dome-side down and stand on it with one foot to start. Once you’re able to do that, try adding movement like a single-leg, straight-leg deadlift on the BOSU or incorporate some small weights.
The key is being controlled and keeping your core tight. You can use the BOSU ball in myriad workouts!
