There has been a lot of coverage of one of the world’s heaviest waves, Teahupo’o, this year. Not only has the surfing been incredible, but the wipeouts fierce and oddities (a surfer on fire and motorcycle on the wave) eye-catching.
But this aerial video by Surfing Magazine offers a whole new perspective and is a well shot edit. For surfers, it’s a must-watch.
