Unpopular opinion: bikes and music go hand in hand.

It’s electric! No, really. In early April, Diamondback Bicycles launched a collection of e-bikes, and they got some help from a few unexpected creators.

A variety of Seattle-region artists, musicians, photographers, and creators came together on the “Get Amped” campaign to build up stoke for the new bikes.

“Music, just like bikes, was at one time, acoustic. And it rocked. But then the guitar got electrified,” the video description reads. “The world would never be the same.”

Pulling inspiration from Seattle’s rock and roll history and a play on electric vs. acoustic bikes, Diamondback’s “Get Amped” is a wealth of sound, design, and talent. (Watch the bonus reel here.)

Now, this video doesn’t give you any info on bike specs, and it isn’t by any means educational.

It’s simply meant to share Diamondback’s newfound e-bike enthusiasm with the masses. And it’s a fun short rip with beats to match.
