“If you love a place, you will fight to protect it.”
Climber Josh Ewing began visiting the Bears Ears region of southeastern Utah to climb at Indian Creek and explore the local archaeology. When he moved to the town of Bluff, he saw degradation from oil drilling, looting, and careless visitors.
The story about Ewing’s fight to protect the Bears Ears is detailed in the film by Duct Tape Then Beer and Patagonia, “Defined By The Line.”
