For many of us, Cheyne Lempe lives the dream. Living full time (legally) in a small tent cabin at the famous Camp 4 in Yosemite Valley, Lempe climbs some of the world’s best granite as part of his job as a search and rescue worker.
“There aren’t rescues all the time, so that pretty much allows me to go climbing as much as I want,” The Mountain Hardwear athlete says in this video. Expect to feel a bit of envy for the life he’s carved out of one of the most beautiful places on earth.
