Once you start to get bored of or dread doing your workouts, you’ll find yourself in a workout rut. It’s always exciting to do something new or different.
So shake up your workouts by setting a new goal or trying a new workout class, trail, or strength training program. A new focus can re-energize your training, and having something new to show up to is exciting.
