The film #PROJECTMULEDEER, by Jason Matzinger, has been three years in the making. And it’s finally scheduled to release tomorrow.
The film explores Lewis and Clark’s first sighting of the species and the North American model of wildlife conservation. It delves into the state of mule deer conservation and how we can protect this symbol of the American West.
#PROJECTMULEDEER puts the balance of wildlife and encroaching human development under the lens. It also encourages hunters to act as stewards of the land to preserve the species and the privilege of hunting them.
On September 22, see the full version on the Sportsman Channel from 7 to 8 p.m. EST or the Outdoor Channel from 8 to 9 p.m. EST.
