This Machinist Is a True Gear Junkie

Making engines, motorcycles, cars, and airplanes yourself is no easy task, but it does help if you’re a machinist.

Having a hangar dedicated to workshopping your ideas into being can’t hurt, either.

If all of that sounds a little too Tony Stark to be true, consider Mark Atkinson, the machinist and gearhead featured in this video. The man lives out of his tailored hangar where he churns out his whimsical concepts.

This particular edit follows Atkinson as he hand-builds and test rides a futuristic, high-powered motorcycle.

Take a look — it just might blow your mind.
