Exploring the idea that we borrow Earth from our children instead of inheriting it from our ancestors, Carve Designs’ film, ‘Mothers, Purpose, and the Future,’ aims to elevate the need for sustainability.

There is no roadmap to motherhood, but guiding our offspring in the right direction may be the key to preserving our Earth. The women-founded clothing brand Carve Designs features sustainable styles and aims to convey this sentiment in its new film.

“Mothers, Purpose, and the Future” is Carve Designs’ latest film highlighting the women who forward this message to their children. “We have a duty to preserve and protect the planet for those who come after. … As women, caretakers, and mothers, we understand,” says Carve Designs about the film that launched today.

Nature and the outdoors is for all to enjoy and experience. Carve’s film reminds us that it’s ours to take care of and maintain for future generations.

Meet the mothers leading the charge in the film:

  • Camille Cunningham
  • Nellie Pickett
  • Danielle Black Lyons
  • Cameron Lee Barnum

You can read more about the mothers and the film on Carve Designs’ website.

Runtime: 18 minutes

Filmed and directed by Hannah Walsh, in partnership with Carve Designs.
