This Olympic Skier’s Weight Room Workout Made Our Jaws Drop

Kikkan Randall may be the best chance the United States has had for an Olympic medal in Nordic skiing since Bill Koch struck silver in 1976.

In 2012, she was the first American woman to win the FIS Cross Country World Cup sprint title and is among the favorites in Sochi. (We interviewed her in 2012 after the World Cup win, see the post “American Wins, Keeps 30 pairs of Skis in her ‘Quiver’.”)
