Limited-Edition 2026 Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra Gets Wild Sway Control System

Polaris brings race-winning sway-control tech to its top-of-the-line production UTV. But, only 500 units will be on offer globally in 2026.

Race-proven parts are now available straight from the factory in a limited-edition machine. The Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra Edition brings us the first factory-integrated, electronically controlled, hydraulic locking sway bar links.

Polaris says this sway control system, DYNAMIX DVS, is a major reason its race team won every major UTV race in 2025, took the 2025 SCORE Series Championship, and got back-to-back Baja 1000 wins. So, it’s now offering the tech to the masses — or at least 500 more people than ever before.

On the Fly Sway Control

The idea with sway bar disconnect systems is to allow for more wheel travel and articulation, which improves traction and bump absorption in rough terrain, creating a more comfortable and controlled ride. The Polaris DYNAMIX DVS system uses four electronically controlled and hydraulically actuated sway links to do the same thing, but to even greater effect.

There are three selectable settings for this sway control system:

  • Semi-Active: Rapidly locks and unlocks — up to 200 times per second — for responsive handling across changing terrain.
  • Locked: Same suspension feel as the standard RZR Pro R, offering maximum stability, especially at speed.
  • Unlocked: Best for slow-speed rock crawling, where maximum articulation is desired for optimized traction and precise control.

Polaris says this system works “seamlessly with 12 suspension control channels and existing ride modes, DYNAMIX DVS continuously adjusts to maintain balance between performance, control, and comfort. The result is a smoother, more planted ride in rough terrain, sharper handling at speed, and confidence when navigating technical obstacles or unpredictable conditions.”

RZR Pro R Ultra Edition Exclusive Upgrades

Besides the active sway-control system, the Ultra Edition of the Polaris RZR Pro R also gets some other quality upgrades.

With the Ultra Edition, you get higher-end, but the same size, tires — specifically, 32-inch BFG KM3 rubber.

Same Pro R Awesomeness

The Ultra Edition builds upon the best that any version of the Polaris RZR Pro R has ever offered. So, it retains things like the massive 10.4-inch touchscreen, 1,500W Rockford Fosgate audio system, and heated and vented seats.

It also has the same 74-inch–wide stance and 104.5-inch wheelbase. Oh, and the same massive 29 inches of wheel travel.

Only 500 Ultra Edition Polaris RZR Pro R UTVs will be built globally, including both two-seater and four-seater variants, for 2026.

Pricing will start at $46,999 for the two-seat Polaris RZR Pro R Ultra Edition, and $50,999 for the four-seat version. Those prices don’t include Polaris’s mandatory $1,995 two-seat and $2,295 four-seat destination charge. Overall, pricing for this limited edition is up about $3K over a standard 2026 RZR Pro R.

Starting later this week, this new off-road monster will be on display at King of the Hammers (KOH) in Johnson Valley, Calif., from Jan. 30 to Feb. 7. First shipments to dealers will begin in the next month.
