Aaron Theisen is a PNW-based freelance outdoors writer and photographer. His words and images have appeared in numerous publications including Powder, The Ski Journal, Freehub, Mountain Flyer, Alaska Airlines’ BEYOND magazine, and Delta Airlines’ SKY magazine. Aaron is also the author of two guidebooks for Mountaineers Books: Day Hiking Glacier National Park and Western Montana and Day Hiking Mount St. Helens. He focuses mainly on mountain biking and snow content, though you can find him doing everything from taking photos to hiking, from riding singletrack to climbing mountains to drinking beers.
