After working in the outdoors and wellness industries for years, she founded ResiliOak, LLC in 2022 to help adults bounce back after stress through coaching and workshops rooted in mindfulness, the outdoors, and community. Born and raised in coastal Connecticut, I am a Filipina-American woman currently adventuring around the upper Midwest. If I’m not teaching adults how the outdoors can elevate their personal resilience, I’m working on federal conservation programs.
