Born and raised in coastal Connecticut, I am a Filipina-American woman currently adventuring around the upper Midwest. If I’m not teaching adults how the outdoors can elevate their personal resilience, I’m working on federal conservation programs. Pretty much anything related to the outdoors, conservation, yoga, and community building gets me fired up. My interests include hunting with my dog, paddling, teaching yoga, cooking, and traveling.
