Video Tour: Check Out the Biggest Bouldering Gym in the World

Get ready for wall envy, gym rats, because a cathedral-like bouldering facility in Germany sets a new standard for awesomeness.

With a total surface area of 5,500 square meters, the Blockhelden Erlangen bouldering gym in Germany is a gym-lover’s dream.

This walkthrough from EpicTV Climbing Daily will have your hands twitching to try the gym’s many features. It offers climbing walls of every shape and angle, a dedicated kids’ gym, a deep “net” solo area (yup), and a CrossFit room.

Of course, no German gym would be complete without a campus board — and Blockhelden Erlangen’s got one of those too.

If you’re a hardcore “real” rock hound, beware: this video could induce thoughts of making a pilgrimage to this temple of gym bouldering.
