Jimmy Chin and E. Chai Vasarhelyi won an Oscar for Best Documentary Feature at the 91st Academy Awards. Here’s what they had to say on stage.

“Free Solo” premiered last fall to resounding success. And to cap it off, the film about Alex Honnold’s El Cap free solo won an Oscar.

In all, Vasarhelyi, Chin, Evan Hayes, and Shannon Dill accepted Oscars for “Free Solo” that night.

If you haven’t see the film yet it’s worth your time. You can buy it for $10 or rent it for $6 on Amazon and iTunes.
