[leadin]Dana Gleason is a legend in the backpack industry. He started his first line of backpacks out of his home in Montana in 1975, eventually taking the outdoors world by storm with the now defunct Dana Designs brand.[/leadin]
Today, Gleason is at the helm of Mystery Ranch (we awarded the brand for a modern external frame pack last week). Through it all, he’s been an advocate for durable builds with materials like Cordura, which made this video as part of its “Meet The Maker” video series.
