When Michigan’s Sophie Isom fell in the first leg of the Simmons-Harvey Invitational 4x400m relay, it looked like it was all over for the Wolverines.

Isom crawled to her feet and kept running, allowing her second- and third-leg teammates to make up ground. By the time runners handed off batons for the final leg, Michigan was back in the lead, and the crowd was on its feet.

Comebacks. Everybody loves them, and I think you’ll find this one no exception.
