Today, Americans enjoy access to vast areas of public land. That could change if we let down our guard. Many powerful forces would love to profit off our public lands.

In light of recent political developments threatening to transfer federal lands to states, and thus the risk of sale, wildlife biologist and outdoor addict Jason Fitzgibbon set out with cinematographer Octave Zangs to sample some of the Oregon’s rugged coastlines, winding trails, and wild rivers. The effort shares some of the ecological resources and recreational opportunities found on our federal lands.
