“Game fish are too valuable to only be caught once.” This quote kicks off 12 minutes of remarkable fishing cinematography that delves into the evolution of fishing and the toll humans have taken on historical fisheries.
Filmed by frequent GearJunkie videographer Joshua Van Patter and produced with Columbia’s Performance Fishing Gear (PFG) team, FORCE 12 captures the allure and energy of fishing. But it also highlights the extremes that athletes will go to in order to find pristine waters all over the planet.
The film follows Columbia’s PFG athletes around the world, from a coastal village in Vietnam to the tiny islands of the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean.
