MIO Fuse — Not the only wrist-reading heart rate monitor on the market, the Mio Fuse is a nicely executed watch for fitness enthusiasts that weighs almost nothing and provides ample data to power a workout. The watch not only reads heart rate, measures steps, calories, distance, speed and pace, but also syncs with smart phones and other fitness devices through either Bluetooth or Ant+.
It’s a bit pricy at $170, but the ability to ditch the chest strap and keep (company claimed) EKG accurate heart rates might be worth it. For now, we’re looking forward to a rigorous test.
