GearJunkie, Sea-Doo, and Deadmau5… Going To Miami (and you can come, too!)

This is shaping up to be one of the more wild collaborations in which we’ve ever been involved. Later this month in Miami, on March 23, the editor of GearJunkie will throttle up on a Sea-Doo Spark personal watercraft in a launch event with the musician Deadmau5.

OK, start over. Slow down. Yes, we are working with Sea-Doo to help the company launch its Spark personal watercraft for 2014 at this event.

And the Grammy-nominated musician/producer/performer Deadmau5 (pronounced “dead mouse,” and also known by birth name Joel Thomas Zimmerman) will be there in concert as a part of the party.

The Sea-Doo, the Miami hotel/beach, and Deadmau5 live… you wanna be there, right?

More details are coming soon, but for now we want to get some GearJunkie fans involved. To be held at the lux Fontainebleau Miami Beach resort on March 23, Sea-Doo is running a project to send 10 people to Florida for the event.

You’ll take the trip plus also win a 2014 Spark to take home after the weekend of fun.

Project “postcard”; click to sign-up for Facebook drawing this week

To sign up, go to the Sea-Doo #SparkSomeFun Facebook page. Enter your name and details to get in the drawing. On March 10, Sea-Doo will announce the names.

Good luck, and hope to see you in Miami with Deadmau5 and Sea-Doo later this month!
