From Maine’s Sugarloaf to California’s Bear Valley, there’s a map for ski bums to get excited about.
Best Maps Ever (actual brand name) complied what it calls “the most comprehensive list of U.S. ski resorts ever made” into a unique series of maps.
It’s a lofty claim. But the result is an impressive collection of relief maps showing hundreds of ski and snowboard areas from all over the continent. It’s hard to tell if they’re 100 percent accurate, but they look cool and would look good hanging over your wax bench.
Ski Resort Maps Of North America
The map of the U.S. features over 515 ski areas from the lower 48 and Alaska. The triangular icons vary in size according to the destination. Larger icons denote big resorts, while smaller ones refer to municipal ski hills.
But the series isn’t just for the U.S. There’s a Canadian map, several individual state maps and regional maps, and even the entire North American map.
In total, the collection covers just over 740 ski areas you can mark off the bucket list.
Maps start at $11 and go up to $24. The Ski Resorts collection is available in four colorways (white/blue, white/grey, blue/opal, and natural tone). All U.S. orders receive free shipping and the company offers a buy two, get one free promotion – for the truly dedicated.
