Hidden in the steep mountain jungles of Nepal, Mauli Dahn risks it all in search of wild, toxic honey.

This is a story of honey, one of the world’s biggest bees, insane cliff-climbing, and doing what it takes to survive.

Sold on the black market for its hallucinogenic properties, this mad honey is not easy to get. It requires climbing rope ladders, hanging on the edge of cliffs, and generally risking your life. Suffice it to say it’s not a job for just anyone.

And with no obvious successors, Mauli Dahn may be the last honey hunter. From the team that brought us “Denali” and “Damnation” comes this beautifully filmed look into the dark side of honey.

Set aside 30 minutes to enjoy this film. Trust us, it’s time well-spent.
