Back in the fall of 2022, one Rossignol athlete left behind the changing colors of Colorado’s aspen leaves to skip south. To South America, specifically. This short film showcases the “effortless skiing style” of Baker Boyd set in Cerro Catedral, Bariloche, Argentina.

Aside from a rough start, travel chaos, and some lost-in-translation mishaps, Boyd’s trip (and this film) was a success. It has everything from a powder day to corn lift laps and a glimpse into Argentina’s ski resorts. It shows both frontside and side-country access!

If this behind-the-scenes look with the Rossignol athlete doesn’t make you hungry to check out spring skiing in Patagonia, we don’t know what will.
