Die-hard rock climbers spell ‘summer’ with just three letters: DWS.

It’s pretty hard to outdo the simplistic romanticism of deep-water solo climbing. Unencumbered acrobatics on steep, often wildly colored stone, big freefalls that end in big splashes, and exotic locations.

That’s the deal in this sun-splashed clip, as a few friends spend a weekend in Mallorca, Spain, to sample some of the legendary spot’s best seaside rock.

Dial up the sunshine and get ready to dig out your floaties, paddleboards, boats, or whatever else you take to hit the water. The deep-water solo season is coming right up.
