Will is a small-town Minnesota lake boy turned mountain man based in Boulder, Colorado. He grew up bagging dirt at his dad’s composting company and going on adventures in the Boundary Water Canoe Area — the beginnings of his interests in people, the environment, and outdoor recreation. Soon after, his liberal arts education at Saint John’s University taught him the value of ​justice, curiosity, stewardship, and friendship. Now he’s a full-time writer. But if you can’t get ahold of him, he’s probably playing cribbage or drinking an old-fashioned.
