A Word From William Clavey
After spending 5 years working as technical writer in engineer-driven fields, I eventually opened a car blog and starting writing about my passion. Little did I know that my little blog would one day lead me to doing this full-time. When I left my day job to focus on automotive journalism in 2017, I never looked back. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of putting my name on a wide range of renowned automotive and specialized outlets. I also ran my own YouTube channel, and was a recurring guest at a popular, French Canadian automotive TV show called RPM.
In my free time, I like to fiddle on my 1990 Nissan 300ZX, or go for a drive in my BMW E39 540i Sport. I love mountain biking, jogging, working out, and playing soccer with my son. If you happen to be in Montreal sometime, hit me up for some delicious poutine!
The current crop of battery-electric full-size American pickups are just better at most things than their internal combustion (ICE) siblings. But does that even matter?
