Mike Woods is a jack of all trades when it comes to his interests: cycling is a big one, but there’s more than meets the eye.
Mike Woods is a dad, hip-hop lover, climate change activist, and cyclist who has earned the nickname “Cardio Cowboy.”
“The reason they call me the Cardio Cowboy, I think, is because I like to train long,” Woods said. “So we created the Woods Cardio Club to inspire a commitment to cardio and another passion of mine, protecting the environment. Buying the kit is like pledging to both make the most of and protect the great outdoors — for every piece bought, we’ll donate a portion of the proceeds to help offset its carbon footprint.”
Cycling, Woods says, is plenty environmental, though bike racing usually isn’t. With this film, and jersey, he hopes to help other cyclists realize that, and maybe help make a change.

This film’s run time is just 6 minutes, a perfect break for those of us with busy days.
